APPLICATION received in the Department of
Mines for an authority for the holder of a Mineral
Licence to occupy exempted or reserved Crown Lands for
mining purposes, under the Mining Act of 1874, section 27.

Date of application, 2nd December. 1892; date of re-
ceipt of application, 5th December, 1982; name of appli-
cant, J, B. Suttor ; description of land applied for, part
of reserve 16,832 from sale and 16,333 for railway purposes,
situated to south of Mount Boppy, parish Cohn, county
Robinson, about 40 acres; purpose for which land is to be

used, to mine for silver.
