The manager of the Burra Burra Copper Mining
Company reports that winding operations have been
continued, resulting in the shaft being unwatered
and the same timbered and divided into three com-
partments to the bottom. The contractors for the
further sinking of the main shaft 100ft, have started
operations and purpose working with three shifts of
men. A truck load of sawn timber, containing
3000 superficial feet, left Ccbar for the mine on
Thursday morning by train to Mount Boppy.
