Ironbark


Dubbo Dispatch, Saturday September 17th, 1904



Mr. E. Ewers, who some few months ago
erected a saw mill plant near Goonoo siding,
was busily engaged when our representative
called in getting out an order of 20,000 feet of
pine timber for Orange. During the past eleven
weeks Mr. Ewers had forwarded 50,000 feet of
ironbark to Cobar and Mount Boppy. This
gentleman also has an order from the Govern-
ment for 24,000 feet of ironbark timber to be
forwarded to Bourke for general repairs there.
